Fran and I send our love, condolences, thoughts and prayers to you Pat in the loss of your husband Bill and to the family in the lose of their brother and dear friend Bill.

I have many happy memories of good times with Bill and the Racy family as we grew up together in Mineral. Many memories of visits to the Racy home. Our most recent happy memory was at Lake Clinton campground when all of the cousins could visit together to share a meal and to remember our childhood fun.

    in Christian love,

    Fran and Bob Vigna

Mr. Racy was a great guy. I grew up in the Lawrence public schools where he was a staple for the majority of my time there. He was a good man, kind, warm, and fun. He was so funny, and never hesitated to share a laugh with us, I’m very proud to have been one of his students. My deepest thought and prayers for his family.

Bill took care of the school I worked in. Anything you asked him to do was going to get done, and he was always up-beat and positve. When I would be getting done with my day teaching kids, his was just starting cleaning up after us all. Bill and I had many conversations through the years and I am glad I had the chance to know him. He was a part of West Junior High School for many years and we all miss him.
