Funeral service for Pamela J. Loewen, 59, Lawrence, will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 6, 2009, at Warren-McElwain Mortuary. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Lawrence. She died Tuesday, June 2, 2009, at her home.
She was born December 10, 1949, in Cuyahoga Falls, OH, the daughter of Bill and Joan (Macale) Reed.
She was a homemaker.
She married Dennis W. Loewen on October 4, 1974, in Garden Grove, CA. He survives of the home.
Other survivors include four daughters, Kristin Glazer, Leawood, KS, Emily (husband, Danny) McClanahan, Denver, CO, Joanna Loewen and Jennifer Loewen, of the home; two sons, Adam, Kansas City, MO, Mark, Denver, CO; two brothers, Bill Reed, Louisville, KY, Tom Reed, Silver Lake, OH; two sisters, Pat Huth, Lynchburg,VA, Kim Reed, Wadsworth, OH; and two grandsons, Jake and Alex Glazer.
The family will greet friends from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. Friday, June 5th, at the mortuary.
