No formal services are planned for Roxann M. Blann, 64, of Lawrence. She will be placed next to her parents at Eudora Cemetery. She died April 16, 2018 at her home.
Roxann was born November 19, 1953 in North Kansas City, Missouri the daughter of Ralph and Ruby (Baecker) Blann
She worked in various departments at the University of Kansas for 30 plus years. She loved to vacation near the beach and enjoyed her time with family.
Survivors include, her daughter, Rachel Blann, two sisters, Rendra Blann; Robyn Blann and brother, Rance Blann. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Roetta McMaster.
I was so sorry to hear of the death of Roxann. I got to know her when I was a returning student at KU, then as a co-worker. She was always very helpful and so knowledgeable. My thoughts and prayers are with her family.
