Just wanted to share my happy memories of pioneering with JoAnn when I was a teenager! Her example of putting The ministry first and being so content and happy with life really made a huge impact on what I wanted to do too. She shared many tips and positive energy with the young girls and made us feel worthy to take up the same work she loved. She is someone who saw potential in others and empowered them. Truly a precious daughter of Jehovah’s she is.

    Steve,
I just now found this notice about Jo Ann and am so sorry for yours and your family’s loss. I know words cannot describe your feeling of loss, but know that I can empathize with you, having just lost my wife, Jean, this past April 2nd, after 53 years of marriage. I pray they are both happy with our Lord.
Cousin, I am so sorry I lost contact with you when my computer crashed about the time Jo Ann was beginning an illness and your contact information was lost. I will keep trying to contact you and hope you wil contact me.
