Rest in Peace Jarrod. You were blessed with beautiful children and many who loved you. It is tragic that you became afflicted with such a devastating disease that no one should suffer, but a blessing that you passed relatively quickly. My deepest condolences go out to those closest to you and who will miss you more than you’ll ever know. Your smile was contagious!

Jarrod though I can’t say I knew you long maybe a year. You some how touched me with your kind spirit and positive attitude and that smile. Your time here may have been short. In that sort time you touched many lives with your kindness and caring. Your energy lives on in all that love you. I hope the healing of all that were so close and suffer the burden of your passing will find comfort in that you did not have a long drawn out illness. Thank you for the very positive way you touched my life briefly. You are definitely missed.

Jarrod, from the moment we met over 15 years ago, you have been my hero. You brought me light when I was lost in darkness, you gave me hope when I had none left, you gave me kindness when I couldn’t find a friend, you gave me strength and reason to keep going when I had given up, you gave me understanding and compassion when I was struggling with depression and addiction. You were always there for me when I needed a true friend. You know me more than most anybody. I will always cherish our long drives together talking and laughing and just being silly for the sake of it. You are the kindest kind of soul. You bring love, light, compassion and understanding to each and every person. You told me a long time ago to take your hand and you promised to never let go. And you never did. I am still holding tight, and I promise you I will never let go. God Speed my friend.

I’m so sorry for your loss. I can only imagine how you must feel. I have found comfort in scriptures like Job 14:14,15 which remind me that God cares so deeply for us that he yearns for the day when he will bring us back to life on earth (John 5:28, 29). I hope that these words bring you comfort as well.

I dont even kno what to say….
A couple weeks ago…. you told me you want to fight a losing battle for years and part of you just wanted it to be over with… You asked if you could just be normal for a while… So we wasted a whole day working on the fan in shawnas laptop lhh.. I’m so glad I was able to give you that… I’m so sorry I didn’t know the last time you left was gonna be the last time…
    RIP yo.
