Linda Diane Pearce

Graveside services for Linda Diane Pearce, 59, Lawrence will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, October 5, 2018 at Memorial Park Cemetery in Lawrence. Linda passed away Sunday, September 30, 2018 at Lawrence Memorial Hospital.

Linda was born November 29, 1958 in Biloxi, MS the daughter of Ray and Grace (Gibson) Pearce. She was raised by Grace and Harry Helmert.
She has various responsibilities at Cottonwood Community in Lawrence.

Survivors include her mother, Grace Helmert; sister, Tracey Libel; brother, Terry Helmert; numerous aunts and uncles; numerous nieces and nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by sister, Shirley Gurka and her stepfather, Harry Helmert.

The family will greet friends from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. on Thursday, October 4, 2018 at Warren-McElwain Mortuary in Lawrence.

Memorial Contributions may be made in her name to Cottonwood, Inc., or Linda Pearce Memorial Fund and may be sent in care of Warren-McElwain Mortuary.
